Data Processor Agreement (GDPR DPA)

1.Purpose
This agreement regulates the access and processing of data by Multiplicalia Online, S.L. on behalf of customers who use AI Shop Helper.
2. Nature of the treatment
Multiplicalia accesses sales data, statistics and behaviour from connected e-commerce sites, without processing end customers’ personal data.
3. Obligations of the manager (Multiplicalia)
Process data only in accordance with documented customer instructions.
Ensure the confidentiality of authorised personnel.
Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.
Do not subcontract services without the client’s authorisation, except for technology providers (such as IONOS or AI APIs) that comply with the GDPR.
Assist the customer in exercising the rights of data subjects.
Delete or return the data once the service has been provided.
4. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents and ensuring the legality of the data they connect to AI Shop Helper.
