Terms of Use and Contracting

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the AI Shop Helper website, as well as the contracting of services offered by Multiplicalia Online, S.L.

2. User registration

Registration with AI Shop Helper is voluntary. Users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Access to the free version allows for a single-use demo, such as generating a post for social media, a blog, or an image.

3. Plans de paiement

Multiplicalia offers subscription plans through Stripe, either per employee or per entire team. Prices are shown in euros and include taxes unless otherwise indicated.

4. Cancellation and returns

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account. No refunds will be given for periods already invoiced.

5. Service operation

AI Shop Helper uses various external artificial intelligence models. The user acknowledges that the responses generated may contain errors or inaccuracies, and accepts that the proposed content must be reviewed and authorised by a customer employee before publication.

6. Limitation of liability

Multiplicalia shall not be liable for any losses arising from the use of AI results, errors in the generated content, or decisions made based on them.

7. Intellectual property

The user retains the rights to the content generated using the tool, unless otherwise agreed. Multiplicalia may use anonymised examples for demonstration purposes.
