❓ Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Changes apply immediately and are prorated based on usage. If you upgrade, unused credits transfer and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of the month. If you downgrade, you keep the remaining credits until they run out, then the new plan starts.
❓ Is there a commitment period?
No, all plans are monthly with no commitment. You can cancel at any time without penalty: your account remains active until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the free plan with 120 credits.
❓ What if I run out of credits?
Services pause automatically. You can purchase additional credits, upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the monthly renewal.
❓ Do unused credits roll over?
No, credits renew each month and do not accumulate. We recommend choosing a plan that fits your real monthly usage to optimize costs.
❓ Is there an annual discount?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on annual billing compared to monthly.
❓ Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices include VAT. We adapt to almost every country and its VAT rates according to local regulations.
❓ Can I get an invoice?
Yes, invoices with VAT included. They are generated automatically each month and you can download them from your dashboard.
❓ What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Payments are processed securely with Stripe.
❓ What happens if payment fails?
First check whether your bank processed the charge. If there is no charge, you can retry the payment. If your bank charged you but the app doesn’t give you access, contact us and we’ll fix it immediately.
