2. Purpose of processing

Personal data collected through contact or registration forms will be processed for the following purposes:

• Manage requests for information, quotations, or demonstrations.

• Allow user registration and access to the AI Shop Helper dashboard.

• To offer artificial intelligence services applied to e-commerce.

• Manage payments and invoicing for contracted plans.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing is based on the user’s consent, the performance of a contract, and Multiplicalia’s legitimate interest in improving its services.

4. Types of data processed

Identifying information (name, email, company), billing information, and technical data derived from the use of the software. AI Shop Helper can access sales information and statistics from connected shops, but does not access end customers’ personal data (names, emails, addresses, etc.).

5. Data retention

The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship or until the user requests its deletion.

6. Assignment and transfers

The data is stored on IONOS Europe servers within the European Economic Area. Multiplicalia may use external APIs (such as OpenAI or other AI models) under contracts that guarantee confidentiality and compliance with the GDPR.

7. User rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to [email protected], attaching a copy of their ID card.

Multiplicalia adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information processed.
