How is an AI agent different from a chatbot or ChatGPT?
A chatbot converses; ChatGPT generates content when you ask. An AI agent works: it connects to your store, completes tasks end to end without prompts, and monitors the impact of what it does. The practical difference is that with an agent, the work shows up done and measured — not as a draft you still have to manage.
How much do AI Shop Helper’s AI agents cost?
You can start free forever with 120 credits per month and access to all agents. The Pro plan costs €20/month with 2,500 credits (€16/month with annual billing), and larger plans exist for higher-volume stores. All prices include VAT, with no lock-in.
Does Google penalize content created by AI agents?
No. Google rewards useful, original, relevant content regardless of how it was created. AI Shop Helper’s AI agents generate specific content for each product and each search, using your store’s real data — the opposite of the generic content Google filters out.
When will the new AI agents be available?
The product photography agent, the 24/7 coordinator, and the sales agent with CRM are in development. Registered users are the first to access every new AI agent — creating a free account is the best way not to miss them.

What platforms are currently supported?
WooCommerce and PrestaShop, in less than 5 minutes and with no technical knowledge required. The blog writer publishes directly to WordPress, and the SEO agents also connect to Google Search Console. More integrations coming soon.

What are credits?
They’re the way to measure your monthly usage of the tool. All content generation consumes credits.
How many credits does generating a post or an article cost?
An SEO blog article costs between 12 and 112 credits.
Are credits accumulated if I don’t spend all of them one month?
No, your credits will be set to the number of monthly credits indicated by your subscription plan.

Is there a minimum contract period?
No. You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan doesn’t require a credit card.
What exactly does the Free plan include?
120 monthly credits and unlimited access to all features.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, all the prices displayed include the corresponding VAT. We adapt to nearly all countries and their tax regulations.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans.
